4 cup rice crispies
1 cup peanut butter
1 7oz. jar marshmallow cream
Mix together and roll into balls. Dip into either melted white or chocolate almond bark. If you want to you can add red or green food coloring to the white melted bark to give it some color, just use a few drops.
Tip: Almond bark melts very nicely in the microwave. Just melt it for about 30 seconds at a time until it melts. If you do not have a microwave, make a double boiler by putting one smaller pan into a larger pan with enough water to touch the bottom of the top pan. Bring the water to a boil, reduce heat and stir until all the bark is melted. To dip the ball into the almond bark I like to use a tooth pick or a wooden skewer.
