Hamburger Pies (Homemade Hot Pockets)

1 recipe bisquick biscuts or 4 cans of biscut dough
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup. chopped onion (optional)
1 8oz. package shredded cheese american or cheddar
1/4 cup ketsup or pizza sauce

Mix the biscuts according directions on bisquick box. Set aside.

Brown the ground beef and onion until lightly brown. Then add the ketsup or pizza sauce.

Roll out 1/2 the prepared biscut dough and place on pie plate or cookie sheet. Then place the browned ground beef mixture on top then the cheese. Roll out the rest of the biscut dough and place on top. Seal the edges of the two doughs together. Poke a couple holes in the top dough with a fork to let the steam out. Bake at 350° until it is golden brown.

If you want you can make this like hot pockets by making several small ones instead of one big one. Be sure to poke some holes in the crust to let out steam. They are very tastey. If you like the taste of pizza, add pizza sauce in place of the ketsup.
