Instant deserts are one of fastest deserts to make, the recipe on the boxes of them call for use of a mixer but a fork or a spoon will do just as well. My favorite is the store brand of cheese cake that wal-mart sells, but Jello has a good one too.
They come with a packet of graham cracker crumbs, all you have to do is melt 3/4 of a stick of margarine and add 3tbls. sugar, if you like you can use splenda. Place it all in a dish with sides or a pie tin, mix and spread making a little edge on the sides. Set aside.
place the packet of filling into a mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 cups milk slowly,as you stir. you can use skim milk, it won’t be as creamy, but will taste good, or any milk, I like to use 1/2 evaporated milk and 1/2 skim. But will be good with any kind you use. also the box will say to cool in refrig for 1 hour which is not needed 1/2 hour works good, or just place it in the freezor for 15 min. It will set up quickly.
