1 lb. hamburger lightly browned with one sm. onion chopped
1 14.5 oz. can tomato’s( if you use whole tomato’s break them up with a fork).
1 can beef broth or a couple beef bullion cubes
1 can whole kernel corn drained
1 can sliced carrots drained or 3 raw carrots scraped and sliced
3 med. size potato’s peeled and diced
3/4 cup macaroni
Add all ingredients together with 1 1/2 to 2 qts. water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 and 1/2 hours.
This is a good soup to put in a crock pot and let cook several hours. You may add any other vegtable you like to this. A small amout of cabbage is good in it also.
